The two sessions we ran before half term went really well so please join us this Monday for the first of the remaining five sessions. The topic this week is “Being with Yourself”. If you can’t come this week come to a following one - each session will look at a different aspect of ‘Being With’, so just come to as many as you can – and if you want refreshments bring a mug with you!
