An exciting new Trail of Discovery for Children has been devised with help from The Arts Society Guildford Wey Valley. It was launched at St Martha’s Church on Sunday 28th June. The refreshment stall served drinks, cakes and ice lollies, and families were given the opportunity to try the new trail around the church and churchyard, finishing with a ring of the church bell. Designed for children aged 7-11, the trail proved enjoyable and informative for all ages, encouraging participants to notice and understand architectural and artistic detail in this lovely location. Copies of the trail are available in the church when open ( usually Saturdays and Sundays 10 am to 4pm save when Services ) or click on the QR code to download .
