Minutes were taken by Yvonne Alfert, Parish Administrator.
- Reverend Sarah Hutton opened the meeting with a welcome and thanked people for coming. She then led the meeting in an opening prayer.
2. Nomination and election of Churchwardens for 2026-2027
The election of Richard Melhuish having been duly nominated to stand as churchwarden, was proposed by Arthur Webb, seconded by Ali Oakden and carried unanimously by a show of hands.
3. Swearing in of Churchwarden
Richard Melhuish was then sworn in as Churchwarden.
Reverend Sarah Hutton thanked Richard for agreeing to be Churchwarden for the coming year.
Janis Stanhope had been voted in as Deputy Churchwarden at the previous PCC Meeting on 4th August 2026.
4. Reverend Sarah Hutton then ended the meeting with a closing prayer and grace.
